Health and Wellness events and groups
Opportunities abound at Warm Beach. Below is a brief overview of groups, activities and programs currently available. Each group or club plans its own programs, activities and meeting times. Some groups choose to take a break for summer months or end of year holidays. This list is by no means exhaustive, and additional special programs can be found on our Events Calendar or through our online Newsletter.

Health & Wellness Classes
Our Health & Wellness Series is a monthly forum that covers a variety of health and wellness topics. Presentations are made by doctors, therapists, and a variety of local area volunteers with subject matter experience. Meetings are generally held in Beachwood Lounge and are free for anyone in the community to enjoy. Line Dancing meets on Mondays at 1:00 p.m. in The Studio located downstairs in Beachwood.
No experience is necessary to enjoy this fun group and musical exercise.

Sit Aerobics meets every Tuesday and Thursday at 10:30 a.m. in Beachwood Lounge on the fireside. Resident led exercises are personalized to individual levels of capability.
Strong Seniors meets twice a week for 60 minutes. These resident led, resistance training exercises are designed to increase strength, balance and endurance using a combination of dumbbells, adjustable ankle weights, and the participant's own body weight. The hour includes a warm up, exercise, and cool down periods.
