A Love Story Still in the Honeymoon Phase
"Every day is a gift when you're growing in love and faith."
Graham and Nancy Kerr are living proof that it's never too late to discover new love, deepen your faith, and pursue your passions. Married just over a year and a half, they still smile like newlyweds, and their story is one of creativity, resilience, and grace.
Graham Kerr: From Galloping Gourmet to Faith-Fueled Living
In 1969, Graham became a household name with his hit cooking show, The Galloping Gourmet, filming 400 episodes filled with flair and flavor. After a life-changing accident, Graham took his family on a two-year sailboat adventure that became part of his healing journey. He later returned to television with shows like Take Kerr on CNN and Minimum Risk, Maximum Taste on PBS, focusing on healthy and flavorful eating. A turning point came after reading How the Other Half Died in 1974, leading him to dedicate his life to the Lord and join Youth With a Mission. In 2017, he made Warm Beach his home, drawn by its spirit of faith and community.
Nancy Kerr: Art, Independence, and the Joy of New Beginnings
Nancy is an amazing artist and her artwork graced Denver galleries. Her faith remained strong, even through the loss of her first husband. After moving to Washington to be closer to her daughter, Nancy found her new beginning at Warm Beach in 2017. What surprised her most? How quickly it felt like home.
Finding Love Again
It was at the Writer's Group at Warm Beach where Graham and Nancy's paths crossed. From shared cups of Friday tea to long creative conversations, their bond blossomed into something extraordinary. Now, side by side, they're exploring love, life, and faith together, one joyful day at a time! At Warm Beach, they've found not only each other but a vibrant, faith-filled community that celebrates every day of life.
