105 Years Young!
There was a lot to celebrate at Warm Beach recently as our wonderful Kaye turned 105 years old!
Residents from across the community gathered for a special birthday party in her honor, and having Kaye’s family there made the celebration even sweeter. The room was filled with laughter, hugs, birthday wishes, and plenty of love for a woman who brings so much joy wherever she goes.
If you spend any time around the Warm Beach campus, you may have seen Kaye out walking with her family. At 105, she’s still on the move…and always wears that big, beautiful smile.

During her birthday celebration, Kaye kept coming back to one thing: how lucky and grateful she feels to have so many people in her life who love her.
So, what’s the secret to living 105 years?
According to Kaye, it’s simple:

Her words were a wonderful reminder that some of life’s greatest gifts aren’t complicated at all—family, friendship, gratitude, connection, and loving one another well.
At Warm Beach, Age Out Loud means continuing to celebrate life at every age—and Kaye certainly gives us something worth celebrating!
