Warm Beach Christian Camps and Conference Center

Next door to Warm Beach Senior Community is a special place called Warm Beach Christian Camps and Conference Center. It is a place where eagles soar and deer come out to play.

At Warm Beach Camp, residents of the senior community get full access to 300 acres of managed wilderness. They can hike along nature trails which lead into the woods or to Puget Sound. On another day they can pick blackberries and wild prunes along the dikes. In every direction, opportunities for new adventures abound: from browsing the bookstore for books and gifts to bicycling or walking on the many paths throughout the camps.

Senior Community residents and their families can also participate in many of the camp’s programs: women’s and men’s retreats, family camp and others. Their grandchildren and great-grandchildren can attend day camps, horse camps and other camps. At Christmas time, residents bring their families and friends to the camp’s annual advent event called “The Lights of Christmas.”

Volunteering at Warm Beach Camp is also a pastime many residents enjoy. Some help with bulk mailings, still others help the camp staff in many ways. Warm Beach residents and staff have nothing but praise for our great neighbor: Warm Beach Camp.
