Student Nurses Experience “5 Star Care”

Warm Beach Health Care Center Nurses and NAC's hosted nursing students from Everett Community College over a two week period exposing them to a progressive long-term care setting. Along with their Nusing Instructors from the college, students have the opportunity to observe person-directed care. They also work on developing their own skill set in a clinical environment. The experience benefits everyone. Residents love the interaction with students and students gain a new perspective on specializing in caring for the elderly. One instructor puts it this way, "I would recommend Warm Beach to anyone and as a nurse that feels good."
