Manor Apartments

Our 42 Manor Apartments are among the finest affordable housing in the state and are for people who meet HUD’s guidelines. Built in 1967 and well maintained, these studio, one and two-bedroom apartments are single level and range from 481 to 721 square feet.

Residents of the Manor Apartments can enjoy the amenities of a continuing care retirement community, such as a dining room, multipurpose room, indoor swimming pool and exercise area. If health needs arise, they may receive health care from our assisted living or skilled nursing facilities.
