Manor Apartments (HUD)

Our 42 Manor Apartments are among the finest HUD affordable housing in the state. They are for people who meet HUD’s income guidelines. Built in 1967 and well maintained, these studio, one and two-bedroom apartments are single level and range from 481 to 721 square feet.

Residents of Manor Apartments can enjoy the amenities of a continuing care retirement community, such as a dining room, multipurpose room, indoor swimming pool and exercise area. If health needs arise, they can receive health care from our assisted living and/or skilled nursing facilities.

Due to the popularity of Manor Apartments, you are encouraged to apply well in advance of a move. The typical wait on the waiting list is three to five years.
