Members of the Board and Executive Committee:

John Voth, President
Mr. Voth joined the board in 2002. He is a Vice President for Horizon Bank where he serves as a commercial lending officer. Prior to his current position Mr. Voth served as a branch manager for Horizon Bank. He has served on and chaired several community based committees and organizations and is currently a Reserve Delegate from his church to the Pacific North West Conference of the Free Methodist Church annual leadership summit. Mr. Voth has a BA in finance, marketing and management from Western Washington University.

Spencer Bell, Vice-President
Mr. Bell has served on the board since 1996. Now retired, he owned a plumbing contracting and repairs company for over 30 years. Mr. Bell has been on the board of a counseling service and a member of his church board.

Ward Hurlburt, Treasurer
Doctor Hurburt began his service on the Board in 2004. He has extensive executive management and medical leadership experience in multiple components of the healthcare industry. Currently he serves as Medical Director for PacifiCare Northwest, a healthcare insurer. Other experience includes his service as Divisional Medical Director for the Group Health Cooperative of Puget Sound/Group Heath Permanente and as a consultant to the Integrated Health Care Delivery System in Alaska. He obtained a MD from George Washington University and a MPH from Johns Hopkins University.

Margaret Shepherd, Secretary
Ms. Shepherd joined the board in 1996. She is a health care consultant and health care publisher. She is principal of KS Consulting. Ms. Shepherd has been the Executive Administrator for Community Health Network Development for Evergreen Community Health System. Formerly, she was CEO and President of Community Home Health Care for 20 years. Ms. Shepherd is on the board of Pacific Medical Center Physician Group Practice as Board Chairperson, National Association for Home Care Board (multiple terms) and Advisory Board for University of Washington School of Nursing as well as other key Board positions. She has a BS in nursing and is completing a Master of Health Administration.

Garry Allmon
Mr. Allmon has been on the board since 1992. He is a carpenter for the Shoreline School District. Mr. Allmon holds a BS degree.

Forest Bush, Sr.
Reverend Bush first joined the Board in 1987. He is a retired minister. He has served as Superintendent of the Pacific Northwest Conference of the Free Methodist Church during which time he lead many construction projects and facility development as well as being involved in financial administration. Mr. Bush has been on the Seattle Pacific University board for 18 years, three of which he served as Chairman of the Board. He also was a member of the Free Methodist church's missionary board, the Board of Administration and the board of Woodstock Homes where he also was treasurer. Mr. Bush has a BA and a Masters of Theology. He also holds an honorary PhD.

Jim Davis
Mr. Davis began his service on the board in 1998. He has served on committees and as a board member of the American Institute of Architects and the Puget Sound construction Specifications Institute. He has also served on several committees and on the board of his church. He has provided architectural design and contract administration on approximately 100 churches, various commercial, retail, medical, office, educational and residential projects. Mr. Davis holds a BS in architectural engineering.

Juelle Edwards
Ms. Edwards joined the board in 2003. She retired in 1999 from the staff of the Pacific Northwest Conference of Free Methodist Church. Her service for over ten years included being the Assistant to the Superintendent and the World Missions Coordinator. Ms. Edwards has given leadership to numerous boards and committees in her church, local schools and the Seattle community. She volunteers for the Northwest Urban Ministries (Hope Central) and actively promotes the cause of volunteers on the mission fields. Ms. Edwards earned a BA in consumer services from Seattle Pacific University in 1984.

Dorothy Marston
Ms. Marston has been a member of the board since 1995. She is a public health nurse and a parish nurse. Ms. Marston is involved in prevention activities, agency collaboration, health and wellness, senior citizen issues and education. Ms. Marston has served on several boards and committees, including Co-Chairperson of Adult Education Advisory Committee of Whatcom Community College, Even Start board for adult learners. She has a Master of Nursing in Public Health degree.

Cindy Rodriguez
Ms. Rodriguez was appointed to the board in 1998. She is Staff Development Coordinator for Cascade Valley Hospital and Clinics where she has worked for 12 years. Ms. Rodriguez has also been part of the core team for a new computer documentation system at the hospital. Ms. Rodriguez has experience on her church board and on the board of Healing the Children. She earned a BS in nursing in 1976.

Garrit Stanley
Doctor Stanley has served as a board member beginning in 1997. He is a medical doctor with a private practice. He is involved with mission programs in his church. Doctor Stanley has BS and MD degrees.

Gordon Trepus
Mr. Trepus joined the Board in 2004. He is the President of Gordon Trepus Painting, the CFO of Trepus Corp and a painting consultant. Over the past 40 years, he has employed and trained many troubled young people and over 400 young men and women. Mr. Trepus has BA degree from Seattle Pacific University in education with a major in history.

Forrest W. Walls
Mr. Walls has been on the board since 1986, and began his tenure as President a year later. He is a retired attorney and was a Partner of Preston Gates & Ellis having been with the firm for 37 years. He has specialized in municipal finance for 35 years. Mr. Walls has served for four terms on the executive committee of Preston Gates & Ellis and has served in a similar capacity on boards of Seattle First Free Methodist Church, Lynnwood Free Methodist Church and the Alpine Lakes Foundation. He holds a BA from Seattle Pacific University and JD from the University of Washington School of Law.

Erle Wirth
Reverend Wirth began his tenure on the board in 1992. He is a retired minister. In addition to providing leadership as pastor to several churches during his active ministry, Reverend Wirth also served as Superintendent of the Pacific Northwest Conference of the Free Methodist Church. He has been on the boards of Seattle Pacific University, Warm Beach Christian Camps and Conference Center, Western Evangelical Seminary and he served on the Board of Administration of the Free Methodist Church of North America. Reverend Wirth has a BA degree.

N. Gregory Zook
Mr. Zook has been a member of the board since 1998. He has served as Associate Pastor of Family Care Ministries at the Lakeside Community Free Methodist Church. Mr. Zook is a former youth pastor and an independent building contractor. He is a regional denomination delegate of the Free Methodist Church of North America. He has a BA degree.
