  • SoundView — Our newest neighborhood of 64 single-level townhomes and 36 apartments, many with views of Puget Sound.
  • Manor Estates — 48 sites for manufactured homes. Residents own their homes and lease their lots from Warm Beach.
  • Village — 55 single-level apartments in one-, two- and three-bedroom sizes.
  • Manor Apartments — 42 single-level apartments for those who meet HUD’s income qualifications.
  • Beachwood Apartments — 29 apartments with meals, services and amenities under one roof.
  • Cedar Court Assisted Living — Health services in a homelike setting. 33 apartments.
  • Warm Beach Health Care Center — An 81-bed skilled nursing facility welcoming residents for short-term or long-term stays.

Warm Beach Senior Community is a nonprofit corporation organized under Washington state laws. It is exempt from Federal income taxes under Section 501 (c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
